  • Day 1 - GUWAHATI STATION / GUWAHATI AIRPORT– SHILLONG

    On arrival at Guwahati (GAU) Airport / GHY Railway Station & transfer to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". En-route visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check-in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.

  • Day 2 - SHILLONG - EXCURSION TO CHERRAPUNJEE

    After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, en route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Overnight stay at Shillong. 

  • Day 3 - SHILLONG – EXCURSION TO DAWKI

    After early breakfast drive Dawki enjoy boat ride on the river while returning for the visits of Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living room bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.

     

  • Day 4 - SHILLONG – KAZIRANGA

    After an early breakfast drive to Kaziranga. Upon arrival at Kaziranga check-in at the hotel. Evening free for self-activity. Overnight stay at Kaziranga. 

  • Day 5 - KAZIRANGA (JEEP SAFARI & ELEPHENT RIDE)

    Early Morning, leave for 1 Hour Elephant ride. After breakfast proceed for Jeep safari (at own expense) in the Central Range. Later enjoy the Local Village and Tea Garden (Outer View) tour. Overnight at Kaziranga.

  • Day 6 - KAZIRANGA – GUWAHATI

    After an early breakfast drive to Guwahati “Capital city of Assam”. Upon arrival check in at Hotel. Freshen- up then proceed to visit Maa Kamakhya temple - The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya, an incarnation of Sati. It is on Nilachal hill, says the Shiva Purana that the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell when Vishnu, in a bid to save the world from the Shiva's tandava nrittya or dance of destruction, cut her dead body into 51 pieces with his suddarshan chakra. Also visit Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, Balaji Temple, state Zoo. Overnight stay at Guwahati.


  • Day 7 - GUWAHATI - GUWAHATI (GHY) STATION / GUWAHATI AIRPORT

    After breakfast Check-out from the hotel and take the departure transfers to Guwahati Airport (GAU) for your onward journey.

                The Seven Sister can be reached by flight, rail or road. If you want to reach by flight, Kolkata offers direct flights to Manipur, Assam, Tripura, and Nagaland. If you are coming from a different state, connecting flights can be taken to reach the Seven Sisters through Kolkata. Railways are the most convenient and cheapest way to reach Seven Sisters, since, the states, except Mizoram (which does not have direct rail access), are connected to all the major cities of the country. But, the high altitude and bumpy roads might cause uneasiness in those suffering from motion sickness.
